NINH has been providing services to individuals since 2002. Originally designed to diagnose and treat children with neurodevelopmental disorders, NINH evolved into an agency that now serves people across the lifespan. Having its roots in Southern NH, NINH has expanded services throughout the entire state. NINH is committed to helping each individual reach their potential through a holistic approach to diagnosis and treatment.
NINH endeavors to support the healthy development of children and their families. Please feel free to call us and inquire about our services to individuals across the lifespan. NINH is a provider for most insurances and also contracts with school districts for evaluation and treatment services.

Susan McLaughlin-Beltz, PhD, MA, CCTP
President
Susan McLaughlin-Beltz,PhD,MA, CCTP is the President and serves as the neuropsychologist for NINH. Susan graduated from Boston University School of Medicine with a doctoral degree in Behavioral Neuroscience, including specializations in Behavioral Teratology, Psychopharmacology, Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Neuropsychological Assessment, and Lead Poisoning. Her pre- and post-doctoral internships, included participating as a member of the Autism Diagnostic Clinic and the Pediatric AIDS team. Dr. McLaughlin-Beltz holds certifications in EEG Biofeedback, Critical Incident Stress Management, Sensory Integration and Praxis Testing, Special Education, NAPPI, Fast ForWord, IMPACT, SAFE Home Study, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®) Practitioner. She is currently trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and a fellow at the Academy for Integrative Health and Medicine.

Peter J. McGinnis
Vice President, Facility & Planning Coordinator
Peter J. McGinnis is the Vice President and Facility & Planning Coordinator. Peter graduated from Trinity High School in Manchester, NH and has attended some college. His work experience has included advertising, sales, restaurant service, and manufacturing pharmaceuticals. Peter was a Certified Pharmacy Technician for approximately 22 years. In addition to his NINH duties, Peter also works professionally as a photographer, voice actor, and plays percussion with the Jazzdogs. Peter relies on his vast experience to fulfill his duties within NINH, primarily dealing with the regulatory agencies, as well as city and state officials that oversee the licensing of NINH’s various business ventures. Peter is certified in CPR/First Aid.

Carly Snodgrass, MS
Assistant Executive Director and Licensed Clinician
Carly is NINH’s Assistant Executive Director. She is a Certified Trauma Treatment Specialist through the Association of Traumatic Stress Specialists, trained in DBT, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and CAMS suicide prevention. Carly is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is currently working toward obtaining a PhD in Health Psychology. Carly enjoys working with both children and adults through an ecological systems approach. She believes that each individual is unique and will benefit from different therapeutic modalities, practices, and approaches. Carly strives to ensure that clients receive the kind of care that is most appropriate to their needs, belief systems, and values. She enjoys travel, watching movies, and playing with her dog, Maxx!

Amy Pham, BA
Director of Operations
Amy Pham, BA, is the Director of Operations at Neurodevelopmental Institute of New Hampshire. She has an Associates in Early Childhood Education from Castle College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Massachusetts Lowell. Amy has worked with NINH since 2003 in a variety of functions. Currently she oversees finances, credentialing, billing and general operations. She holds certifications in CPR/First Aid, SAFE Home Study and Non-Abusive Psychological and Physical Interventions.

Janine Burch MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Janine is an Occupational Therapist at NINH. She is certified in The LSVT BIG® program which is an intensive amplitude-based exercise program for bigger motor movements, and is also an American Red Cross CPR Instructor. Janine is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. She enjoys working with people throughout the lifespan with a holistic approach, incorporating clients and their family's. She aspires to meet clients where they are during each treatment session with a focus on guiding them to achieve their highest practical potential. She enjoys hiking, cooking, and playing with her Golden Retriever, Brewer!

Lauren Murphy, MS, CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Lauren is a Speech-Language Pathologist at NINH with over ten years experience treating children and adults with a multitude of diagnoses. Lauren is a graduate of Northeastern University and holds a Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family outside of work.

Nikole Borelli, MA, MS
Neuropsychological Technician and Pre-Licensed Clinician
Nikole is a neuropsych clinician. She received both of her master's degrees from Southern New Hampshire University. Nikole is trained in TBRI. In her free time, she enjoys reading, being outside, spending time with her friends and checking out new places. The thing that she enjoys most about her work at NINH is seeing the progress that her clients make.

Nataliya Allen
Licensed Clinician
Nataliya is a clinician at NINH. She graduated from Fordham University with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and Spiritual Care. Nataliya enjoys working with people of all ages, using a holistic approach that combines Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and nature mindfulness to help clients achieve greater emotional, spiritual, and interpersonal health. She loves hiking, the ocean, sunsets, and traveling.

Jenna English, BS
Administrative Neuropsychological Technician/Medical Records Specialist
Jenna is an Administrative Clinical Technician at NINH and has been part of the NINH team since 2017. She is currently certified in TBRI (Trust-based Relational Intervention), NAPPI (Non-Abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention), and CPR. Jenna received her Bachelor's degree from Keene State College in 2018. In her free time, Jenna enjoys traveling, reading, crafting, and playing with her dog.

Rebecca Beltz
Neuropsychological Technician
Rebecca is a Neurofeedback Technician and Psych Technician and has worked at the Neurodevelopmental Institute of New Hampshire for over ten years. She is passionate about helping people to reach their fullest potential by providing them with the best quality care. As a Neurofeedback Technician, she specializes in using EEG biofeedback to help people manage their emotions and improve their overall mental health. In her role as a Psych Technician, she provides testing services to individuals of all ages in order to help reach a mental health diagnosis.

Emergency Department Diversion Specialist
John is an Emergency Diversion Specialist at NINH with over 1 year of experience in the field and an Associates degree In Liberal Arts Transfer from Massasoit Community College. John has always believed that the two things a person can do to make the greatest impact on the world are to help and to teach. In this profession, he is lucky enough to have the opportunity to do both. By listening and by being understanding he can help, and by constantly seeking to expand my personal horizons through my own education and through patience, he is able to teach what he knows, in an attempt to help others to grow and learn. He has now been working in this field for nearly a year, and is learning something new every day!
