Treatment

Have you experienced distress in a relationship but found it difficult to find an effective therapist?

Have you received notes from your son or daughter’s school regarding behavioral incidents—but didn’t know where to turn for help?

Do you and your adolescent son or daughter struggle to find common ground – even though you’ve Googled every question or concern and reached out to anyone you can think of for answers?

The NINH clinical staff understand you might be stressed and can experience mental health challenges in a variety of ways: trauma’s impact on relationships, parent/child difficulties, workplace or distress in the school setting.

Seeking therapy can represent the first concrete step towards improving the quality of your life and/or the life of your child.

Once you contact our office, an intake is completed. We will then collaborate with you to establish a treatment plan designed to identify targeted goals and objectives that support the process of change from within. Our clinicians also recognize learning concrete relationship management and/or self-care skills are essential for distinguishing growth such as emotion regulation or increasing distress tolerance when feeling challenged by life’s curveballs.

Modalities offered incorporate best practice, trauma-informed care and we can assist with diagnoses that include, but are not limited to, ADHD, depression, anxiety, complex developmental trauma, PTSD and spectrum disorders.
